I would forbear from using such a strong motionblur..
good image … i think the building is a little dark compared to the enviroment 
I like the image as well, though I would have to agree that the darks are a little too dark.

great image but, I would personally remove the blured element to the right, remove the crack on the road and leave only one of the three vehicles to the left.
