How can you force remove a license from a user?

Good afternoon

Is it possible to force remove a license from a user? I’ve checked in the account and don’t know who the user is that is consuming a license. I’ve sent an email asking if anyone is using the license but got no response. I don’t know the user or computer address - it looks a bit suspicious to me - see attached image. Could someone external to our network have gained access to our license?

Thanks

Paul

Hey @bimcadman , there is currently no way to “kick” off a user which is currently consuming a seat of your floating license. Having a look at the ip address, it seems that a machine which is located in Brisbane is using the license, so it could be someone in your office.

Also, if noone in the office is using a Enscape version below 1.8, as displayed, then a reason for this might be that the firewall is blocking Enscape from connecting to our licensing server. In that case, I’d ask you to create an exception for the addresses ‘http://licensing.inreal-tech.com’, ‘http://api.enscape3d.com’, ‘http://lic.enscape3d.com’, ‘licensing.enscape3d.com’ and ‘https://www.inreal-tech.com’ if you figure out which machine it is in your office consuming a slot.

Should there be not any chance that you’ll find the machine, as it may of course also be someone from the outside using the license, then let me know and we’ll proceed accordingly. Details have been sent via PM to you!
