We have two licenses Chaos ArchDesign Collection. This includes Veras. I wonder if running Veras uses an additional license? And if so, why?
If two persons run Enscape and then one of them starts Veras from within Enscape, it displays a message there’s no license available. The only thing I could find about Veras licensing is this page, which describes images per month. Veras | Enscape Nederland
In the past I’ve been told that If you had 1 floating license and one user had enscape open, then another user on another user on another machine couldn’t use envision from the same ArchDesign Collection. I assume the same applies to Veras also.
However Chaos have some changes happening today - so if you are seeing messages in relation to Veras, perhaps it is related to that?
Hopefully someone from Chaos can clarify both points.
To be more precise - if one person runs Enscape and then starts Veras on the same pc using the same account, it throws a license error. This is not what I expected, so I wonder if this is ‘by design’?
