How to create 360 VIRTUAL STAGING?

hi guys, recently some of my clients ask me to put Virtual furniture into their 360 photos
Here the sample of before and after projects:

I’m trying but still cannot create the exact wall, doors, window… (I’m using 3ds max now)

Do you guys have any idea how to do this? I’m really appreciated.
