How to created a transparent pattern onto a material

Hi All

I know this is simple but I cant find a you tube or tutorial how to do this.

Sketchup has patterns within the materials drop down

I have a material below that I want to make look like a chevron tile.

is there a way I can merge these or overlay so I dont have to make the pattern myself in photoshop?

If you can find a chevon tile material in Enscape and change just the albedo map - that will give some kind of impression of this.

Otherwise you’ll need to combine 2 seamless textures in photoshop or something similar

I would like to suggest the Architextures sketchup extension. It has a free option that can combine materials and overlay patterns.
