How to generate mp4 video using vantage_console.exe?

using the following cmd:

vantage_console.exe -sceneFile=my.vrscene -frames=0-20 -q -outputFile=C:/Users/pig/Downloads/test.mp4

I got an sequence of image, not a single mp4 file.
