how to get vrayneui to quit

URGENT: I need to reinstall Vray 5 after numerous issues. I’m trying to do the reinstall but I need to quit Vrayneui to allow the install to continue. How can I do that?

If there is an indefinitely stuck process preventing the reinstallation of V-Ray for SketchUp, first please ensure SketchUp is completely closed.
Then, open the Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (macOS) and manually kill any remaining vrayneui processes before proceeding forward with the installing V-Ray.
