- I want to raise a formal complaint I see no progress what so ever with Enscape it continually doesnt work.
- Its damaging to my businesses reputation as all of the time it flashes up with Licensing issues, one moment it will load the next it wont (Usually when you’re sitting with a client!) The software has also cost me loss of revenue as its failed to work when presenting to clients so it makes you look a complete idiot.
- It is a continous sea of issues all of the time and you have to go through 96 different steps to try and get it to work.
- Enscape never used to have any of these issues before and not it is continous to the point where it doesnt work.
- I have lost another 2 weeks of work of not being able to get onto the software that I have paid in full for thats also cost me revenue as unable to fulfil a clients request.
- Why does every update have to be placing a plaster on something for it to just fall over and you have to then spend hours upon hours trying to get the thing to work? Is it not tested before launch or do you just use fee paying customers to try it for you together with the pleasures of the relentless price hikes.?
- Last time I spoke to customer services they said they would look at extending the license on the house for a year which has not materialised either.
- I am really dissapointed and incredibly frustrated in how incredibly unstable this software has become. I have used Enscape from its early days coming onto the market.
- Now I feel like its in its final days because of the amount of time I must have to waste trying to get this thing to work.
- It is beyond embarrasing when your sat infront of clients not able to show them anything due to licensing issues even though you have been paid in full and the software is supposedly meant to be valid until November.

Its not been a recent transition to the Chaos Licensing because we have had to go through this same saga countless times and it has never improved and just gets worst.
