I need to enter my resume in some windows like this one I am writing now, in some recruiters Web site.
I have my resume in *.doc word format: What is the most
effective technique to put it without loosing the format?

You could export in an html format from word and the forum should read basic html tags. You may have to do a little bit of editing of all the extra information word will add.

your best bet is to make it a pdf that way you can control exactly how it looks (fonts and everything)
OpenOffice.org can read word documents, is completely free, and can save to pdf no problem at all
