I have a bathroom scene with LOTS of chrome fittings [taps, shower stuff, towel things ect] and ofcourse the toilet and the sink are also reflective.
I have about a 2 min animation I need to do, there are lots of camera movements, the ONLY moving object in the scene is some dripping blood that will go into the empty bath [and down the plug hole] and splat on the floor.
[Im still texturing everything at the moment and need to work out the blood properly].
I was just wondering what ways people may render this?
I was going to split it up into passes and composite it later in AE or DF.
However im just trying to figure out what the best method of rendering each pass would be.
Its the chrome stuff and reflections im a bit confused about…
If this isnt making ANY sence I’ll edit it and start again.
That is a rather disturbing avatar you have there.
To answer your question, I would render it in VRay… Yeah that was an extremely poor attempt at some form of humour.
Why are the reflections confusing you? Check out the multipass threads which have been scattered aorund the forum lately, they may help you out. I’d probably render the entire scene without the blood, the do the blood as a seperate pass.
I’m curious, are you trying to get help with a render, or are you trying to make a religous statement with your posts? Which by the way, is not allowed on this forum.
i dont think the avatar is funny to anyone…i didn care much about it at first…but after u guys said that its distrubing and stuff, the idea got to me now…i cant stop lookin at it and feelin a sense of disgust and horor…i prefer u change it to something else…but i dont really care…
the thread is not childish…nemo spelt backwards…hilarious…
