Some may have seen and reported this already… Seems to be an issue in existing files, even after purging all Vray data. A new file shows both CPU GPU options just fine.
quick fix: If you hit the render button, let it churn, then the options will show up. Sometimes get this on vray 3.6 native files too, it just needs to go thru the pre-process stage and then everything seems all good
