Hi, when I sent the image to render on the cloud doesn’t match the size of the original in the max. Can we have in chaos cloud the same parameters as 3dsmax, Image Aspect, and Pixel Aspect? I only see in the cloud aspect ratio

This sounds as a bug as the expected behavior is the one you’ve described. Can you please share with me the URL of the Chaos Cloud job which has this problem? The URL holds the job ID which I’ll use to locate the job in our admin system and investigate further. If it’s more convenient for you, you can share the URL in a direct message to me here in the forum.
