Perhaps you’ve already reached out to our support team as detailed here, so that we can look into this specific issue in detail?

Otherwise, please do so ideally via the Support button, including log files, and we’ll reach out to you again soon thereafter.

Beforehand you can also make sure to ideally upgrade to our most recent release Enscape 4.7.0.57 which can be acquired here just to see if that may make any difference.
