I just installed Enscape trial and it is not working

I just downloaded my trial and it expired before I started to use it , Can you please help me.

You’ve likely installed Enscape on that machine prior, as that would’ve started the 14 days of trial time? In any case, as we do not process trial renewal requests via the Forum anymore please briefly reach out to our support as detailed here and it should be no problem to grant you a further two weeks of testing.
