today,i buy enscape $47 / month,but your shop Charging my mastercard $405.48, i want to konw why???

and,i check my Invoices , i see your shop charging 14 months ,but i dont use the enscape soft,

is there a question ,i dont use ,but you automating bill payment？？？

how can i got my money back???
