With SR1.5 groups and components doesn’t render all the time after you create or edit them. It’s a known issue.
However, all that’s needed to make them render again is to start a new SketchUp model, then reload the model you where working on.
So I was wondering, if there’s a way to make V-Ray re-read the model without reopening the file. I’m thinking in terms of a Ruby plugin fix here.
ASGvis, you got some pointers here? I’m willing to put together a plugin package if I just know where to begin.
