vlado; could also you confirm or not if there any plans to also incorporate a software license, like the RC’s? I recieved my dongle a few weeks ago, so thanks!
There are currently no plans to widely support a software license for the final version of V-Ray 1.5; for exceptional cases, we do have a software system in place, but it is different than the currently existing one.

Same here. I sent my initial dongle requet about a year ago using the form in the personal support area, but I never received it.
Now, a week ago, I sent an email asking for clarification, but haven’t received any answer yet.

I emailed Vlado but didn’t get any reply, so I called their office and the lady on the phone looked up the records and told me that the dongle had been sent a few deays ago. And really I did receive it the next day!
What surprised me was that they just sent it to the last adress they had of me. The thing is that I cannot even remember giving it to them recently. I could just as well have moved to some other place in the mean time, and the dongle would have gone nowhere.
The second peculiarity was that I never received any reply email to any of my inquiries (I even checked my spam filter regularly). On the phone I was told that the reply email was sent to an email adress which I don’t even use anymore since a year or so. For a reason beyond my understanding they just would not reply to the email adress I used to send the dongle request from. I found out that this old email adress was the one defined in my personal Vray forum/support section profile, which I probably had forgotten to update.
So for those never getting any reply from Chaos it might be worth checking your support area profile for any outdated email adress as it seems they are using this information to write back to you.
We use the email address from the login account for the support section on our site, since this is the email address that we officially have on record for you; also on a few occasions, people simply did not receive email from us (maybe it was rejected by their mail server or something). In such cases, calling the office is probably the best thing to do.

I was in this case, the email was rejected by the server.
I contacted my reseller yesterday and he is ready to deliver my dongle, 23 € and it will be the paradise 8)
But he said to me that he have the dongles since one year
