Image sequences with offset not rendering

V-Ray V-Ray for Maya Issues

I have a problem rendering image sequences when there is an offset applied.
They will simply not appear in the rendered frames.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello there,

Is it possible for you to attach scene file and video where you are able to reproduce this problem.
Also can you write down the specs you are using (such as V-Ray version + build, OS you are using, Autodesk Maya version, etc.)

Sorry, I just noticed that I posted in the wrong category and I didn’t mention that this problem was occuring on submission to Vray cloud.

Thank you for your reply and the extra informationn. After going through this problem again it seems that indeed it is a bug.
Currently the option to apply any negative offset values is not working properly with Chaos Cloud, so an issue has been logged in our system for our developers to have further look into it.

HI, this reminds me of my problem with negative frame numbers. They did not render as a sequence at chaos cloud. (like frame -40 to frame -5)
