As part of the continued evolution of the Chaos Ecosystem and the introduction of the more advanced Chaos Cloud platform, we will shut down the my.enscape3d.com webpage on September 30, 2025.
If you’ve used this webpage to manage Panoramas, Web Standalones, or Panorama Galleries (Tours), please read on to understand what will change and what actions you may need to take.
What will no longer be possible after September 30
- You will no longer be able to manage your uploaded content via my.enscape3d.com. This includes renaming, moving, deleting, organizing into folders, or generating new share links.
- Panorama Galleries (Tours) will stop working; any shared links will become inaccessible.
What will still work
- Previously shared individual Panoramas and Web Standalones will remain viewable through direct links or QR codes.
- You can still remove, upload, or replace individual items via the Enscape desktop client (versions older than 4.1.1).
- Content uploaded without logging into an Enscape account (from older versions) will not be affected. The shutdown only impacts projects tied to the my.enscape3d.com account system.
What you should do
To keep access to your content and restore Panorama Galleries:
- Update to Enscape 4.1.1 or newer.
- Migrate your content using the migration tools in the Enscape client.
Migration has been available since September 2024 and ensures that your existing content will be moved to our new Chaos Cloud Collaboration system.

- Chaos Cloud 3D Streaming
- AI Image Enhancer
- Image versioning and history tracking
- Tags and comments in Panoramas and Panorama Galleries (Virtual Tours)
