In Lightmix (Image Editor too) ability to copy/paste light color.

If would be great if we could right click copy, and then paste the color of the lights in the Light mix UI, for both 3Ds Max’s and CIE.

You can just drag & drop the color from one slot to the other. It works even between different 3ds Max sessions and between CIE and 3ds Max (both ways). Does this solve your case?
