Incorrect file structure

V-Ray V-Ray for Cinema 4D Issues

Good afternoon, I recently purchased the online course: “The Ultimate Introduction to V-Ray for Cinema 4d”, some of the files that are part of the course I cannot open and it gives the error message “Incorrect file structure”, I complained to the author and After testing the files, he said that he didn’t see any error and that i should report the error to “chaos”. Can you help me?​ I have de Cinema 4D R21.

Hi @craveiro , from your screenshot it seems you are using Cinema 4D R21. Keep in mind that this is the oldest Cinema 4D version we are still supporting. One of the possible reasons this error may occur, is if the file was saved with newer Cinema 4D version, so you should verify that the file is really compatible with Cinema 4D R21.
