This is expected. If you have some Corona version installed and you install another version “over” it:
- if you use the standard installation (just click continue on the first page) - the other Corona version will be replaced with the one you are installing
- if you use the advanced installation and leave the checkmarks next to some C4D versions disabled - this will uninstall Corona for those versions
If you would like to use different C4D versions with different Corona versions, you can use the unpack option in the installer and then point C4D to look for Corona in the specified folder.

In my case I have 2 folders = c4d 2025 and c4d 2026 with their respective files and plugins.
I still find it strange that when you install Corona for C4D 2026, it deletes Corona for 2025 without saying anything!
