Sorry, I think there was some relavant topic already open, but I don´t find it. I installed enscape (in the main administrator account) for multiple users and I see it in the installed softwares on the subacounts, but I still don´t see it in Archicad. I read this: Enable Enscape in CAD - Enscape (enscape3d.com) but there is no enscape among the archiad pallets. I also don´t see it when I search for it in Archicad work environment.
Anyone knows what could I do wrong?

@tjasa , it may be trivial but, have you made sure that you’re trying to use Enscape with either Archicad 21, 22, 23, 24 or 25?
Hi, oh no I only tried with Archicad 23, will try with other versions also!
It should of course also work with 23, but it may be good to know if you are successful in a different version of ArchiCAD.

Pardon me @tjasa , I missed some instructions required when you install Enscape for all users, for ArchiCAD specifically.
Kindly refer to this knowledgebase article here, subject “Deploying Enscape for ArchiCAD for all users” - That should do the trick!
Again, my apologies for not mentioning it earlier, I hope you did not use up too much of your time trying to troubleshoot this.
