installed Maya trial and Vray for Maya trial -- how do I find or get the vray UI in Maya? Vray successfully installed but vray is not an option under “render using”

You need to load the plugin in Maya; go to Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plugin manager; find the vrayformaya plugin and click the “Loaded” checkbox to load it:
