Could you please send an email at support@chaosgroup.com with the following details:
- OS version
- GPU model and driver version number (retest with updated drivers)
- V-Ray for Rhino version number
- GPU device selection (click the ⋮ button next to “GPU” in the Settings panel of the Asset Editor)
- Is the issue reproducible only with specific projects?
- When did the issue first occur? Does it coincide with a software installation/update? Is it reproducible consistently?
