IR crazy with Target Effector

Used Mograph Target Effector after a long time, IR is not digesting that scene… and it goes crazy…!

I checked in my both systems.
No one else getting this error…?

I am lazy, too, and I believe this is nothing bad.
But if I want anybody to try something for me here, I add a scene.

Yup, CFB IR goes in limbo.

It continues to work normally, if you click and hold on CFB window header (as when you move window around), but only for the time of “holding” the window. As soon as you release it, it’s back in limbo.
