IRMAPVIEWER - in 1.45.70?

Hi everybody,
I’ve heard mention of an app called “IRMAPVIEWER” that can combine various IRmap solutions together - but havn’t managed to find it anywhere.
Has anybody seen it and does it work with 1.45.70?
