we purchased a license for Mac but since we had many problems (we are already in touch with the support for those…) we’re considering switching to Windows.
So my question is: will our dongle work?

Ok, so until now it worked because we already had drivers installed by our retailer. Thank you!
Most likely the drivers were installed along with V-Ray on the computer with MAC - they should be in /Applications/WIBUKEY/ folder on the computer with the dongle.
The drivers are related only to the dongle being recognized as hardware that’s plugged in, they’re not related to V-Ray functionality inside a 3d application.
