Like the title says, I’ve been having some issues renewing my educational license. I’ve used an educational license for the past two years, but when I went to fill out the renewal form, it opened a new blank tab with this url: https://forms.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/public/submit/formsnext/multipart/6852391/8e91bdcb-b0eb-4898-b2e5-8bf17e5c9198. I’ve tried clearing my cache, applying from a different browser, but I still get the same result.
I sent a message to the support email last week and a direct message to the email just this past Wednesday but haven’t heard anything back yet. Has anyone else been having the same issues as me?

There is currently a delay when it comes to renewing student licenses I’m afraid, so we can only at the moment ask for a bit more patience in this regard until the license of yours has been renewed again.
I do wish I had more positive news at the moment, but if you contacted the e-mail above already too, we’ll get back to you again as quickly as possible.
