Hi!

I encounter a bug which makes SketchUp quit when I try to save an external model for Enscape starting from a component which contains subgroups.

is this something you guys are already aware of?

To further troubleshoot the cause behind this issue, since this sounds like a new issue, could you kindly send in a feedback report, plus a reproduction case through which we can try this ourselves? :slight_smile:

In the submission form of the feedback, you can add a link to the project (which you can upload to wetransfer.com prior for example) and a link to this thread so we know what its about.

Hi to the DEVs team!

Here to report that sadly the “save as Enscape external model” feature is still buggy (working with Enscape 2.7 and SketchUp 2019).

Still, I frequently have SketchUp crash just after object export.
