Is there the deadline for sending in application?
“Until we find the right person” is the only deadline 
This will hopefully be quick, but you never know. (EDIT - in other words, we’re not just going to fill the role because a certain amount of time has passed; we’ll only fill it when the right candidate is found, however fast or slow that is!)
