Hi Guys, thought I would share these images of my last ever project for arcad!
There is about 16million polys in the scene at the moment, and also a lot of proxies.
Rendertimes are about 40mins.
Comments always welcome.
Nice, that is a lot of landscape! 
for some reason I can’t help but think of a mutilated Santa Claus when I look at those red trees. 
Be nice if the rooftops had some kind of texture.

We werent commisioned to do the buildings in high detail. The focus is supposed to be on the “oasis”

yeah they are all onyx trees/plants.
They all have “wind” activated too for the animation so they will move in the breeze.

are they opacity mapped leaves or just straight geometry?

Really nice man. Lets all bow our heads and say a prayer to the proxy gods. We couldn’t get by without them.

Very nice detailling.
Only comment wouldt be that some of the colors are a bit too vivid and monotonous, and some trees seems to be growing directly through the concrete ( just next to the pool ).
But very nice images.

And the shadows can’t be black like this, you will win in reality with grey shadows IMHO.
