Key Bindings not working

On my yearly maintenance schedule, i reinstalled my laboratory computers with Revit 2024 the latest Enscape Version 3.5.5+122071. Iam using 1x VIVE Elite Pro and 1x Samsung HMD Oddysey+. On both computers i got issues with non working key bindings, so any key dont work, neither teleport or fly height regulation or click on map? The controllers are shown correctly and SteamVR will open with the menu button out of Enscape. In the controller settings in SteamVR, the controllers are bind to the Enscape application and button clicking is also correctly shown in the menu. Is there any special option i should activate?

I cant be the only one with these problem :frowning:

Please right away also make sure that you’ve installed the latest updates for both your VIVE Elite Pro and Samsung Oddysey+, which I’ve reckon you’ve tried already so kindly also submit us a feedback report with log files as detailed here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/using-the-feedback-button-win-revit/

Beforehand you can also double-check that you have followed all the steps detailed in our knowledgebase article here as well, but again it sounds like you already did.

In the feedback submission form itself you can simply copy what you’ve shared here already and we should be able to analyse the cause behind this further.

Ideally also let me know once you’ve submitted said report and thank you in advance.

After some exchange with the excellent support, the solution for me was to downgrade to Enscape/Chaos Version 3.4.4. All my input problems are gone and Enscpae VR is working fine.
