my compement man… I am a fan of your work looks great.. the aluminium is super… is it a stock material or did you make it yourself?

Re: Kitchen Render :::
another good one FA. im not fan of the desing, but Lo the render is a Bomb.. simply beautiful.
Re: Kitchen Render :::
Amazing free agent. Did you even use sun or did u put a light outside of the windows? I guess in general, just how did you accomplish your lighting?
Re: Kitchen Render :::
there is a light behind the camera but its quite dim and only affected the scene slightly otherwise its sun ![]()
Re: Kitchen Render :::
ok sorry to keep naggin with questions but his is one that ive been asking around and I really havent had any answers…but the images behind ur windows, were they post processing or in SU. Cause ive tried putting images in like that for a rendering and they render but they block the sunlight from coming through. If you were able to accomplish that, then how? And if it was done in Post processing, would u know how to do wat I am talking about with just SU+vray?
Re: Kitchen Render :::
well u could make the billboard super transparent (which will let some light through) that’ll make it washed-out (which from interiors it would be anyway) but u still dont have as much control as u would without photoshop… photoshop is complimentory to vray but i dont like to put anything in photoshop which is in my subject matter so i model as much as possible then only background, colour and light correction in photoshop, without photoshop i think it’ll be harder to control the warth of an image (or coolness for that matter, like warm and cold
i hate putting in billboards of anything (people siloettes arnt too bad)
Re: Kitchen Render :::
MAN you are touching the 3dmax quality !!! ![]()
did you use the 3dmax models or do you use the sketch models ??how long did it took and how much time did you spent in that scene??
Re: Kitchen Render :::
very nice, congratulations, realy impressive.
Re: Kitchen Render :::
the only 3ds imports were the fan and kettle (from www.archive3d.net) 3 nights spent it ( moonlighting 8) )the rest of the models are from formfonts so they all sketchup even the peppers… and toast
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
Ok this is the first time i looked at the living room…absolutely stunning. Great work. A few questions…how much post processing? and if you did do the exterior scene in photoshop, how did u manage to pull it off with the glass slats on the windows? And any insight into lighting setup would be great..?
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
save the render as png, in photoshop its transparent and u can place an image underneathe that layer to apear behind it… i just up the exposure on it
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
freeagent, your images they are so great, could you please post your .visopt, please man, i know i ask to mutch, but i’m learning so mutch with all of you.
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
free agent!! Amazing render yet again!! Well done!!
If you inserted the background post render in photoshop how did you mange to get the blurry reflections on the aluminium surface behind the cooker which reflects your background?? it looks great!!!
Is that another great post processing trick??
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
yes and thanx for noticing!!! haha i’ll bring my visopt and raw render in tomorrow so u can see what Photoshop did to it…
Re: Kitchen Render ::: and a living room
