Really nice render. Probably an optical illusion(or my eyes) but something seems a little off with the chrome stool bases like they`re pasted on somehow, it`s odd.
Dont know if I understand correctly. Table in front of the stools is moved to the left and to the camera from the main island, so anyone sitting on the stool can put legs under the table.

Nice work. I agree about the stool base. It looks to be missing a contact shadow, so it looks strange.
Light is comming from behind the camera, its ok.

you have a lot of small objects in the very left area of the picture - and in contrast in the middle - there is not so much going on…maybe it would look better by having some more visual interest in the middle of the picture (maybe around the apples)?
