La fabrica
Project by Spanish architect Ricardo BofiII. This is just a 3d copy of the existing complex in Spain. This project has been bothering me for a long time. It amazes me with its magnificence. The complex, once a cement plant, is now an architect’s residential building. It includes a workshop, library, gallery, garden and a residential building inside a former factory.

Great effort, really nice series!

I also have this as hobby project on harddrive…never to be finished though and I only wanted to finish interiors :- ).
How long did you spent on this? Love the attention to curtains and props.
