Anyone having issues with Max after updating windows with the latest update? I updated prior to the holidays on DEC 20th went on holidays came back to work this morning and now every time I open up a max scene It will always crash when trying to save! This occurs an any scene file and not just a particular scene. Also Vray can not obtain a licence. Error 200 Is it just me?
Yep, I reinstalled the V-Ray License Manager, which solved it for me.
This happened to me after updating Windows for the Meltdown and Spectre security holes. I was freaking out why the licenses weren’t working but thankfully I saw this thread soon after. Now everything works as expected. 
FYI for the most recent versions of the license server and the latest V-Ray 3.6 hotfix on the website, this problem should be resolved.
