Layer Explorer Max 2017

Is it possible to toggle layers on/off in 2017 Layer Explorer? I used to be able to in 2016, but now when I click on an eyeball to toggle off, the whole layer disappears from Layer Explorer. Quite annoying.

That is not typical behavior if I am understanding correctly… something wrong with your installation or you need to update.

That would happen if the display hidden objects filter is off (the eyeball icon on the left side, below display frozen objects). I know, because it confused me too once. I opened a scene of a customer and wondered where those layers go if I hide them.
