Layer man: add vray prop to right click + add alternate mat?

Hi,

I wonder if it’s possible to add the vray object properties dialogue to the layer manager when you right click a layer or object in layer manager. Is this scriptable?

And wouldn’t it be nice to add an alternate material column to the layer manager with a checkbox next to it to enable / disable, where you could drag and drop materials to / from the material editor. This way you could setup a default layer<->vray material structure. Is this scriptable, or do you need the sdk?

Just use the onion i’d say and modify it to suite your needs.

Where do I find the onion?

I downloaded WkLayerManagerV3.70B from scriptspot and thought that was the onion?

thanks, installed it, now hope I can make it work with vray properties, any advice?
