LE 32
Developer: PRIAMS
Architecture: AER Architectes
Positioned at the intersection of Avenue Émile-Zola and Rue du Parc, LE 32 asserts itself as a quiet urban landmark at the threshold of a transforming district. The building’s white volume is articulated through corner balconies and deep loggias that shelter the façade while giving it rhythm and depth. On two sides, the mass steps back in terraced gradations, releasing generous multi-oriented terraces at the upper levels.
Exterior spaces are conceived as direct extensions of the interior - ground-floor loggias can be fully enclosed to function as winter gardens, while upper-level terraces open toward views of the Mont Salève.
Landscaping softens the street edge, introducing greenery that works at both pedestrian scale and as part of the building’s overall composition. The result is a project that embraces Annemasse on its own terms while remaining, above all, a place to live.
