I try the lens effect once in a while, but that is just because it’s a 50-50 chance it’ll work. Here are my current errors.
Are you trying to use a custom map of some sort?
No, not at all. It was working the other day, but not today. Just stock default stuff.
I think there was a bug like this that we fixed at some point so it should be better in the next update.

can you delete everything (except the cam) from that scene and share it here so I can take a quick look?
I can do it when the render is done. This last time I didn’t get any errors, but there isn’t any lens effect no matter what I do.
Windows update sometimes messes up the driver. Try reinstalling with the latest from your vendor (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel).

Well, it works on some scenes 50/50. I have the latest NVIDIA driver.
Well, in case it is the driver, lens effects should always work with hardware acceleration turned off.
I always disable hw acceleration, because on high res images the whole system freezes for minutes while calculating lens effects.. Can’t even see the mouse pointer moving…
