Hi @revitpower , have you perhaps acquired the Asset Library offline at this point? If so, please uncheck and then recheck the Offline Library option in the Asset Library window to redownload your assets. This should resolve this behavior at hand, but in case it does not, kindly make sure to forward this via a support report as detailed here so that we can investigate further.
checking and unchecking library assets worked !!
