Quick question.. i have built a new pc, how can i use my vray license (active in the old pc) to a new pc

Just install and login, as long as you’re not using the license on your other workstation at the same time it should work.

as Vizioen already said, the only thing you will need to do is to install V-Ray and V-Ray license server on your second PC and activate your license on the web page 127.0.0.1:30304.
