Hello, on November 24th I purchased a Corona Renderer license from you and the payment was successfully charged. However, today I discovered that I don’t have any active licenses. How should I understand this?
I can see that the license is listed as purchased in my account, but I don’t understand how I’m supposed to activate it.
Please help me. I already created a support ticket yesterday, but no one has responded to it yet. I can’t continue working on my project because I don’t have an active license.

It turns out that in the “Chaos” account, under the “Organization” section, I needed to assign the purchased license to myself. However, I couldn’t find this step mentioned in any of the instructions available on the website.
