License bought via reseller - cannot get to subscription/stats page in profile

Hello!

We have network licenses, bought via reseller in the UK. Problem - cannot get to Subscription/Stats page https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/subscription as being constantly redirected to Account page that asks me to update my payment details. Which is completely irrelevant, as subscription is being paid via invoise.

Question - how in this situation am I supposed to get to Stats page to see usage of our network licenses? https://my.enscape3d.com/account#!/subscription can not be accessed! :frowning:

This looks like a genuine mistake and in addition to suggestion Credit/Debit card or PayPal there should be an option “invoice/reseller” that will allow to get through to Subscription page and see Statistics.
