I have renewed my subscription for VRay and downloaded the latest version for Sketchup. I tested initially and it renders. After several days, I can’t use it and the license cannot be found in the license server anymore. I need help to fix this and have a deadline coming up.
Hello, use the link in my signature and submit a support ticket. For Request type chose License management, provide the email associated with your licenses in the ticket and also attach the screenshots. Its not advised to share email addresses and account info on public forums.
