I formatted my laptop days ago and now I cannot use enscape. It recognize my license and it expires next year but it says it is deactivated.
please help.

As you’ve likely seen already your license has been reset - In the future in case you ever reset/format your machine once more please also make sure to remove your license key prior as detailed here: https://learn.enscape3d.com/blog/knowledgebase/activate_license/
This way you can then re-activate your key accordingly thereafter without having to reach out to us again.
