Hi,
I had some problems to active the Vray license that I bought for Sketchup on Mac. Thanks the support service I got an off-line activation and I have been using it for few months and everything was fine.
But one month later, it stopped to work again (I did not change any software/hardware).
Now, it has been more than TWO weeks that I am waiting for an answer from you. (support request #441493)
It is very frustrating to not be able to use the program that I have purchased.
I really hope to receive an answer and to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
