Hello, I’m in need of a license reset. I’m using Rhino7. When deactivating my license on my laptop using the toggle, it doesn’t seem to release the license for use on my desktop. Other parts seem to work, such as the asset library on my desktop computer allows me to open and place assets, but the EnscapeStartCommand returns an error “Release License…”
I’ve sent in a service request through the support tool, but this is really urgent and I’ve yet to receive a response. I’m not able to use the product while its giving me this error.
