Does this mean I need to have the initial PC where I set-up the licences ON so that others can run encape?

Hi @log - I can see our licensing team has responded back to you accordingly (via e-mail) so feel free to kindly also check out their further reply.
As mentioned in the case itself, you can now also make use of floating license sharing for which we’ve created a brief guide here as well, including an initial video which I’d reccomend watching too if possible.
The initial PC where your license/licenses have been setup is not required but instead the Administrator account. The guide above should make all of this more clear as well, though as mentioned if any further problems or questions arise please simply reach back out to our licensing team via your existing case.

I have now, finally, been able to resolve this. It appears you have changed/ simplified the licencing procedure? Still I regret the mmount of hours lost and white hair gained.
